What We Offer Logos Tutoring offers in-home Tutoring services
from grade school through graduate school in a broad variety
of subjects. We work with a broad range of students, from those
who are simply trying to pass a tough course, to students at
the top of the class who are looking for that extra edge. We
offer a broad variety of Tutoring plans
and packages to meet
students’ Tutoring needs and budgets. All of our Tutoring
services come with satisfaction guarantees.
For several of our Tutoring plans, we offer an
option for the student to utilize the Logos Tutoring trademarked
system of Tutoring : ICPERA™, which stands for
Identify; Communicate; Plan; Execute; Report; Adjust. ICPERA™ is
an free option that
applies to all plans with a 6-month or 50-hour contract minimum.
It does not apply to any other plans. The first step of ICPERA™ is
for Logos Tutoring to Identify the student’s strengths
and weaknesses by examining previous report cards, test scores,
teacher evaluations, and, when needed, Logos Tutoring diagnostic
tests. The second step is part of an ongoing practice to monitor
the student’s progress, by opening a Communication channel
between Logos Tutoring and
the student’s teachers. (This
requires the parent to sign an educational privacy release form.)
Then, a Tutoring Plan is created, tailored to the student’s
needs. Logos Tutoring ,
in cooperation with the student, then Executes the plan. Reports
to the parent are then issued periodically.
If circumstances require any changes to the plan, Logos Tutoring
adjusts the Tutoring plan.
